I cannot make it for the date after confirmation, what should I do?

In the event you cannot make it for the date, you could notify your match by canceling it. However, the cancellation has to be done at least 24 hours prior to the date.

eysnc reserves the right to deduct 1 date and/or 1 month off your membership package even if the actual appointment does not take place should the cancellation be done less than 24 hours before the agreed date and/or there are multiple cancellations.
