Who will make reservations for a restaurant?

The general rule is that the person that made the restaurant proposal to make a reservation for the date. However, if the reservation is not done and you have another venue that you would like to suggest, you are free to chat with your match 3 hours before the date and communicate with your match on both your convenient location.
